Any items purchased at www.earthwisebags.com may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you would like to return an item please email our returns dept at returns@earthwisebags.com and request a RA#.
